“Mugu” Tweed
“Mugu” Tweed is a special fabric produced from Merino sheep reared in the Mugu region of Nepal. It is made without the use of dyes, so the pattern in the fabric is produced through weaving alone.
Anyone who appreciates and understands color knows the magic that only grays can bring out, and gray is the overall tone of each of these six elegant shades.
As you can see, they build from lighter to darker and the weaving pattern varies.
This distinctive fabric is handwoven by an expert, traditional fabric-maker in the foothills of the Himalaya in Nepal.
