JacShirt I + Handwoven Herringbone (Made to Measure)
The Form is our original JacShirt, slightly fitted at the waist, with a classic collar and hand-carved horn buttons.
The Fiber is Handwoven Herringbone, one of our Heritage Wools. Like all of our Heritage Fabrics, the cloth used to make this garment is made entirely by hand: first the yarns are carefully arranged on a wooden loom so that when the weaver starts her work, they come together to achieve this beautiful herringbone patterning.
The end result is stitched together by artisan tailors employed in an ethically run, small family business in the Kathmandu Valley with whom we have been working for years.
JacShirt I is available in all of our Heritage Wools: Light Tweed, Handwoven Herringbone, Heavy Tweed, Himalayan Tweed, Karnali Natural Tweed and Mugu Merino.
Made to Measure. Please contact us to get started.
This garment is also available Ready to Wear in standard sizes.
Handmade in Nepal.
